anyone have a leaking t-top with a triple gauge pod?

anyone have a leaking t-top with a triple gauge pod?
I have yet to put gauges in the upper to openings on the pod since my t-top leaks and water puddles up in the pod where the upper two gauge openings are. im thinking i might need new eathersrip or i might have to use some clear sealer to keep the water out of the pod. any thouhts,ideas?
