any way to get the ac colder than normal?

i'm new to the cooling systems on cars but from what i understand is it you fill it with too much fre-on (sp?) that it dramatically hurts the cooling because there is too much pressure?

the reason i ask is because it took a while for the cold air to come out and today it stopped all together. thanks

This is what I use...Most auto part stores carry it... Cost around $9.00..

Take it to a shop if your unsure of how A/C systems work.. High pressure can damage components..

That stuff is actually colder than normal R134A? I work at a parts store and people ask me and the can claims 18% colder air... but that actually means over regular 134? Or just 18% colder than no AC

Its has a synthetic oil that helps in reducing friction, hence less friction(heat), means better cooling properties.... I used it when converting r12 to r134a in my '91 truck and it help, since the condensor was not designed to cool r134a....

Also used it in my '93Z and used a temp probe, There was a difference of 3~5 degrees colder... So yes I believe it works...

Schweet! My car actually has working AC!!! My first car EVAR to have working AC so I'm so stoked about that... Would be nice to run this stuff, but I really dont see the need to drain out the stuff I do have in there to actually get it heh
