Air stopped blowing for ac and heater?

just outright wouldn't come on today. i changed the alternator the other day if that could have anything to do with it, but don't think so. i could feel cold air but it wasn't blowing out. also before when i would turn on the ac or heater the rpms would drop for a second from the initial load, compressor i think? now it doesn't do that.

any thoughts?

I'd try unplugging the connector to the motor and put a meter on it and see if you're getting voltage.

where would the fuse be for this? i checked in in car fuses and didn't see anything that looked like it would be for the blower motor.

You could get a voltmeter and test the connector that plugs into the motor, see if it is getting voltage.

So you have voltage all the way to the connector with the car on? If so sounds like the motor itself. Guess you could apply power directly to the motor terminals and see if it comes on.
