is there a guide or does anyone know how to adjust my headlights

i need to adjust them cause when i got my low beams on the point at the ground like 10-15 feet in front of my and thats not safe

and my high beams are too bright to run all the time

so how can i adjust them?????

oh yea this is for an LT1 car

 

I had never seen these up close before I took them out last week, but there are level "gauges" above each light that are attached to the trim ring.

Too bad that two of mine were dry because they had leaked out...but I think I'm going a different direction anyway.
