Accelerator got lazy

Well... not sure how or why but after replacing front body pieces (fenders, Front bumper) For whatever reason my Accelerator is almost sitting on the floor, like there is very little play in the pedal before its boarded and I have to put my weight into it for it to be WOT. Never dealth with this type of thing so... any suggestions/advice? How would I go about re-seating it to its proper position. Im not exactly sure how the hell this happened to begin with.

I would check the throttle cable and make sure it isn't kinked or damaged for starters.
