Are 98 LS1's less reliable than 99+

According to MSN Autos the 98 camaros/firebirds and less reliable than 99+ ones. Is this true? If so what is the problem with 98's?

When you click on the reliability rating it tells you the different problems they found to be common. All the messages match except for 98 under the drivetrain part they said:
An occasional problem with this vehicle is the Transmission Valve Body. This can cause the engine to feel like it has a misfire while driving at speeds between 40 to 60 miles per hour. The cost to repair the Transmission valve body is estimated at $482.46 for parts and $91.00 for labor.
