98 camaro, door skin coming apart!

i bought this 98 camaro about a month back and the door skin is coming apart from the door when you grab the handle. how are you suppose to reattch this? i've tried epoxy for plastics and it holds for a while but always comes back apart again. anyone know what to do? thanks.

GM should have the correct panel adhesive. Personally I woudl go to a Body Shop and have them look at it.

yeah i had the front of my old door do that, body guy said he could reattach it but it wouldn't last, so i just picked up a used door

but i would bet you could remove it then use that smc **** body shops have and it could work, but it would probably cost you more to do that than just get another door and have it repainted to match

That was a big problem on 93 & 94 ~ GM put a bulletin out on it. Go to a quality body shop as suggested ~ they have special 2 part adhesives that take 15 min. to clean the area between the 2 panels, & 15 min to glue & clamp. My 94 was done 8 years ago & have not had a problem since.
