96 z28 spark plugs!!!

96 z28 spark plugs!!!

driver side was cake passenger side is kicking my *** my arms are to thick to fit between the exuast manifold and the inner wheel well the only way i can see to do them is removeing the exaust manifold and starter any suggestions?

It is a major league biyotch but it can be done. The hardest one for me was #2, with the AIR line that was wonderful at getting in the way...

Removing the alternator should give a bit more room for two and four. Find a friend with long slender arms to help.

It's been a while since I did the plugs in my '96... (I don't drive the car much anymore).

But if I remember right, I removed the Starter, the alternator, the AC bracket (left the AC Hanging) & the front passenger tire (I don't think this helped as much as I thought it would) & it was still a biyatch!

I did my plugs when I had did my header install. I feel you for, its a ****ty job to do.

I think you will have better luck going in from the bottom.

I have seen people take the wheel and inner fender off too, not sure if that would help or not.
