So it is a single center exit (SLP style) or a single on the drivers side?

Huh, that seems weird to me, maybe an aftermarket exhaust kit? I dont know enough about these cars yet to tell you if it was an option to get dual exit or something?

All the 95 Z28's had two outlets with rectangular exhaust tips. There was no factory option for anything else.

It is most certainly aftermarket. For some reason, the aftermarket sellers found it acceptable to offer a single exit, almost always on the driver's side (including the SLPs I remember). Unless you could find a manufacturer's name somewhere, it would be difficult to determine whose brand it was.
