95 Camaro Air Bag - DTC 15

95 Camaro Air Bag - DTC 15
Hi,
The Air Bag light of my 95 Camaro LT1, 6 speed, is on. I had scanned it and I found the DTC 15 ( actuator - high resistance passenger side) . I took a look under the dash and I found a connector unplugged. I didn't find any place to connect it again. I took pictures under the dash, near the steering column showing the connector. It has 2 wires, 1 tan and 1 black and white. Could you guys help me?
Probably I have 2 different problems, the Air Bag and the loosing connector.
