i have a 93 z28 that needs a new collum,what years can i use? also do i need one with a key and ignition or do i need to use mine? ive hear people talking about the vat key code and i wanna make sure i buy somthing that will work,also will a v6 car collum work in my z28?

 

Any 4th gen steering col. should work. I got one with the cylinder and key in it already. I have a resistor in place of my VATS so that wasn't a problem. If you can, get a column with the radio controls already in it. I had to re-align my car to get the steering wheel nice a striaght.

 

I got one complete one with a key, bag, ingition.. for sale in Chicago, bought since thought I would need new for my car after a wreck, never used it since mine was fine. Let me know
