I'm pretty sure the 96 transmitters/modules are different? Correct? I'm trying to find out if I can use the module and remote out of a 96 on my 95. I dont think it will work.

 

Would a keyless module out of a 95 formula work on my 95 z28? I know that the camaro transmitter has 3 buttons- lock,unlock, and hatch release and on the formula transmitter it has lock,unlock and panic... Could I use the module out of the formula and the transmitter for a camaro? or would I have to use the matching transmitter?

 

Odd.... my Formula has a hatch release button, in addition to lock and unlock (3 buttons total)

 

Thats what came on my 95 camaro , and this formula is a 95 as well
