I have a crack in my upper dash cover and I would like to remove the large plastic peice (with the defroster vent through it) that spans the size of a football feild. I have another good one in a wrecked car, but I wanted to see a diagram or some good instructions for removal and replacement so I do not break the new one removing and installing it.

 

all it is holding it on are boldy clips and "hook and latch" pads. a long screw driver or door panal tool will do it. Just take your time. Some people like to take off the door pillers to make it easier.

 

Ahhhh, thats what I suspected, but I was sure there were some hidden screws here and there...lol (we know how GM does things)
