This might be a silly question but I've seen some 97 white and orange cars with just Camaro on the dash and some have the Anniversary tag. What makes the cars with the tag get it? Thanks in advance!

 

Interesting question! I didn't know there was a difference.. I have only "Camaro" on my dash (30th anniversary convertible).

 

I believe the white 30th Anniversary Dash Plaque were only available on the Z4C optioned SS cars ordered through SLP in 1997. I thought I had some paperwork showing this, but I haven't been to locate it.

 

Ok, that makes sense. Not a deal breaker when looking for one but it's definitely a cool factor. I'll pay more attention on what car is what now. If you locate the paperwork that would be cool. Please let me know. Thank you!!

 

I just found the document that states the "Z4C Anniversary SS " came with a commemorative dash plaque. It's on the back of the 1997 SLP Camaro SS "Hero Card" or Brochure.
