2002 WS6 Clone

Ok I have a 2002 TA that I thought was a WS6. It has all the tags, ram air, intake, 6-speed w/ hurst shifter, ws6 wheels. I found that the RPO code is WS9 so I know its not a true WS6. (Rebuilt Title). I would have bought the car anyways because I only gave 8000 for it with 61000 miles. I have read that in 2002 there were less differences between the ws6's and standards. My question is what else is different besides the ram air, and tags. It has functional ram air not just a hood. I mainly wanting to know if it is as fast as a ws6. Didn't know if there were any performance changes besides the ram air. Thanks

Hood, intake, sway bars, springs, rims, tires, badging. But in the LSx years even the v6s had the ram air intake... at least on the camaros.

WS9 simply means its a Formula or TA. Are you saying there is no WS6 code, which would appear in addition to the WS9?

I'm not asking if it is a ws6. Its not already figured that out. I wasn't sure what the ws9 code meant other than it was the only ws rpo code I see. I was just wondering what additional performance mods the 2002 ws6 had over the other cars.

So other than the ram air intake and hood, they would make the same power. I wasn't sure if maybe the ws6 cars had different exhaust manifolds or something.
