i am buying a 1994 camero and the guy i am buying it from had took the viper car alarm out of it and he said theres no fuel pressure and the car ran fine before he took the alarm out what can that be from ?

 

Does the pump prime for 2 seconds when the key is turned to run? If not, could be a dead fuel pump relay, a faulty fuel pump, or some botched wiring if the alarm system was used to interupt the power to the fuel pump. You can bypass the relay, the PCM interlock and the PASS-Key interlock by applying 12V to the "fuel pump prime" connector under the hood, near the PCM.
