1993 ZRL1 Camaro? Is it real?

well I was browsing and came across this site.

http://www.califmall.com/HotCarsfromyou.html

If you scroll down halfway there are pics of a seemingly stock looking maroon Z with this caption.

"This is a 1993 camaro ZRL1.There were only 12 made that first year.
This is the third one in United States.
OWNER......ALEX STEPANENKO. FROM California...San Diego.
It's the best car anyone can have. And as fast as a Rocket and I mean Rocket."

Anybody know the history of this "rocket"?

Google turned up nothing. Looks like a plain-jane LT1 under the hood. I know in 97 there were like 99 Camaros made with the LT4, but I've never heard about any special '93.

It's nothing that came from the factory and have never heard of such a thing. Sounds like someone's fabrication.
