Re: 02 extenders

Id like to know this too. I got under my car the other day and kind of eyeballed it and it looks like 12" will work for the passenger side but the drivers side looks like it needs a 24" extension.

And you will need the flat extensions instead of the square ones. The flat connectors are for the front 02 sensors, the square connectors are for the rear 02 sensors, which you dont have anymore.

As for the actual 02 sensors. I just ordered a couple AC delco's from Dal Slabaugh. They were about $80 for both. Here is how to contact him.

Re: 02 extenders

i pulled both of my 02's out and my pass side i had lengthened a lot but my drivers side doesnt look like it was touched at all, it has about a 6" wire to it. or maybe i already bought one extender for the drivers side. its been so long i cant remember.

Re: 02 extenders

check out speedincom on ebay he has them for $16.50 plus $8.50 for shipping and he will combine ship the items. i got mine from him and i think they were 12" plenty long enough. i had to fold them over and zip tie them. just dont forget to mention the year and make of your car.

Re: 02 extenders

I had a pair of 24 inch extensions on both sides, they were actually pretty long and had alot of extra slack so I ended up picking up the 12 inch extensions instead and swapped them.

Re: 02 extenders

I have the 24" extensions, and they do seem a bit too long but zip ties make it tidy under there.
