On my 96 lt1 I was looking for some obvious thing that would create a miss, I found a valve on the passenger side of engine with a couple vacuum hose coming and going also an electrical connection .I see the lower 90% is missing a hose to it .Can u tell me what it is and what is it affecting being open. I couldn't find the vacuum hose that goes there Thanks

 

Thank you but I found the valve and the 90% elbow is a relief and supposed to be open
