I have a 94 z28 with a lt-motor. When the temperature rises above the middle of the gauge, the car starts to sputter and I smell gas like its not burning all of the fuel. Is this a possible problem with the ignition coil getting too hot?? Once the car cools down its fine again, but can anybody help me out with this problem, before I start changing all kinds of unecessary parts.

i have a 95 caprice lt1 did the same found that one of my 02 was bad changed and everything ok now hope this helps
