Vp ms109

Guys, Have any of you heard of mixing MS109 with 93 pump and the car running like crap? I have a 95 LT1 with a highly modded engine. I tried to mix 50/50 and took the car to the track and it ran like crap, bogged through first gear. It ran fine before I mixed the fuel. I have a tune for the 93 pump gas be didn't know if mixing the fuel would make it run like this.

Well, I drained all of the MS109 out and ran straight 93 pump gas and the car ran great. I've answered my own question.

It isn't clear from the VP website whether MS109 is leaded or unleaded. They have it listed on "leaded", but the description say it makes more power "than any other unleaded fuel".

Re: Vp ms109

I actually responded to your duplicate post on "LT1 Based Engine TEch" forum, and asked if it ran better when you replaced the fuel with 93 octane. Apparently you ignored that response.

The is why we ask that you PLEASE DO NOT POST THE SAME TOPIC ON MULTIPLE FORUMS. IT JUST CAUSES CONFUSION AND WASTED TIME.
