thinking about getting an Accel adj. fuel pressure reg. anyone used these b4? I did a couple searches and came up empty. these are relatively inexpensive. Summit sells them and they're much less than the aeromotive ones. They look similar to the SLP regulator.
thanks

ok, so i bought the dumb thing and (although my car is still in storage so i haven't gotten around to actually messing with it) it looks like i got "half" the regulator. I know this is how the accel regulators are. and i'm sure you have to take your original apart and then put it back together or with the new piece in place of the old one. -again saying that i haven't popped the hood of my car to actually take a look at this yet, so it might be self explanatory, but i wanted to cross any bridges before i came to them if i could, to help simplify the job. you guys who posted to my thread, could you explain how to install this regulator, or maybe you know of some place online with instructions. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE PART. I went to Accel's website and even sent an e mail to their tech support and they haven't replied, that was last week
thanks

sounds like what you bought is the cap style. I have a full regulator assembly from Accel. I know others who have the cap style and are fine but I don't have any experience with them. With the cap style you have to modify the stock regulator to become adjustable via the new cap.

You prolly have the Accel version of this
http://www.slponline.com/view_produc...01&BIG=25001-1

Here's a link to the full assembly http://paceperformance.com/index.asp...&ProdID=105274

Be careful though...not sure what year your car is but a regulator for 94-97 cars will not fit the 93s. 93s have a separate part number.

good install info you'll need to know. http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...or+cap+install
