TB bypass and descreen MAF mods...

I think I'm gonna try there free mods on my completely stock 95. Just wondering if there are any problems that could arise from messing with them? I'm guessing the TB bypass keeps the throttle body at a cooler temp since coolant doesn't pass through it, and de-screening the MAF improves airflow? Anything I'm missing?

jus do the TB, leave the maf.

The maf should never be messed with unless your maxing it out on a FI appl.

Leave the MAF alone.

Another vote for leaving the MAF sensor alone. Screwing aroung with it can lead to rough idle, poorer fuel mileage and inaccurate fueling.

You all don't like the "Port" (removing the vanes) and Polish of the MAF???

I remember when this was all the "rage" back in the day!!

It's not going to make a difference that you will be able to tell.

Oh I know its not going to make a difference I'm just saying I'm going to start modding my completely stock car so that I can get a lil more power, and the TB bypass is my first "mod."
