So what are the limits of a 255 Racetronix w/Hot Wire Kit?

Simple as that - where do they run out of steam? I know it is fine for my bolt on/cam car with a small wet shot...

But I have a D1SC and plan to (eventually - like one of these YEARS not days ...) build a 383/396 stroker, low comp, high boost, spray.

Shooting for an ultimate goal of 600+ RWHP on boost. 700+ RWHP on boost + spray.

What will I need to ensure my fuel system supports it short of running twin Walbro's ?

Mine made 700rwhp when it had a 255lph intank, Kenne Bell Boost-a-Pump, and stock lines, regulator, and rails.

You should go with a twin setup. It will give you the supply you currently need and leave some wiggle room. When you go to a stroker setup, you'll probably need to upgrade to larger fuel lines in a parallel setup at the rails. Don't forget about your injectors also....

Rich always makes my day...

So I may have to just test it out and see how adequate my fuel supply seems ... Will keep a very close eye on my AFR.

The increased voltage from the Boost-a-Pump was necessary. The hot wire kit is just a big gauge hot wire, or does it boost voltage? The pump will not be man enough for 700rwp at 12V.

It just runs a 10 ga wire from the alternator to a relay near the connectors in back. Then you still got the same little wires going up to the fuel pump though.
