rained hard, killed my starter, now bogging down

I got my starter rebuilt, so thats solved. Then it started bogging down and threw a code. It only bogs when lightly lightly accelerating or cruising. this makes me think its plug problems, but the wires are in good order and I replaced the plugs with ngk tr55's just to be sure. So,i got my code read, it was passenger exhaust o2. I do have new injectors so i'm going to test them with the voltmeter but I don't know what Ohm reading I should get from accel 42#'s.

Can the o2 sensor going south cause my air / fuel to be so off that Im bogging down on occasion? also, i can jolt it out of its boggy/stuttering behavior, but it always comes back soon.

oh by the way it is a 99 car/pcm with a custom tune and 408ci LQ9, only an LS1 intake, and 42 lb injectors
