Problem...please help! 2001 Camaro V6

This is the problem...anyone with experience with it help in any way you can.

This is how it started..the car stumbles and loses power and it idles rough, first of all I gutted the catalyc converter and I am getting a P0420 code and two more, B1001 P0300. So I changed the spark plugs and cables and it got a little better. Now when it idles, it idles fine, when I turn on the A/C, it starts to stumble like it wants to cut off. When I drive it, with or without A/C, it is fine if you are accelerating slowly, until you hit the gas a little harder and it startes to stumble again for a few secs and then it accelerates and stumbles again. What could this be? The only things left are the coils or the injectors. The car has around 75000 miles.

Newest thing is that I tried to check the coils on the car by taking off the wires one by one and putting them back on, and at the last coil in the back, the engine cut off and won't start again. Now none of the coils throw any sparks. What could this be? Is it the computer? Does it need to be reset? It's like its not letting any power to them.

Have you checked fuses? Might be the crank sensor or coil module? I don't really mess with the V6 much.
