Which Plug Wires Fit in "Stock" Location

My question is which brand of wires would fit in stock locations, including the factory wire clips. I've been reading that MSD 8.5mm don't without some mods to the wire clips...what about the others?

But for these other brands...which work in stock locations?

MSD = no, right?
Accel
AutoLite
Stock (AC Delco?) = yes, duh
Taylor = yes, right?
Magnecor
Other brands I'm missing???

Bolt on engine...only internal is updated valve train, so not looking for "racing" wires...just good wires I can route the factory way.

And I know you're wondering, but OTVC wires only fit on the driver side of my car. They worked when I just had the SLP shorties, but when I changed the valvetrain and had taller valve covers..no more room on passenger side with the combo of valve covers and shorties.

Right now I have OVTC on driver side, and "stock" routing on passenger side. Yeah, it's weird.

I wonder if people think I have a "straight 4" or something?

Its the wire diameter you need to be concerned with, not the brand. Taylor makes sets from 7mm to 10.4mm. Stock wires are 7mm, and that diameter works fine as replacements on a "stockish" engine. An 8mm wire will also fit, and that gives you an extra bit of insulation, nothing more. The 8.5mm MSD's are very tight in the grooves in the bracket on the front of the engine. 10.4mm are out of the question.

Gotcha...so 8mm is the threshold to still route and use stock wire clips...thanks, man!
