Angry msd and there customer service.

has anyone experienced horrible customer service from msd. they want money before they warranty there dig 6+ the first one i bought did not work the 2nd one sent out worked for about a year then i had to get towed now they want credit card info to fix this one . they told me to buy another brand if i want . everything on car is msd and they did not even try to keep me as a customer. pretty sad.

How much do they want, is it to cover a shipping charge maybe?

I had a good experience with MSD. I had to pay for shipping to them but not back. They were friendly and fairly quick on the return. I havent put the product back on the car to test it so im not sure on the work they had done. My only complaint would be they cut my warranty to 30 days after reciept of the item after they fixed it.
