Injector question

I found an incredible deal on a set of injectors my friend is selling, and I am curious if anybody knows if they will work for my LT1.

They are stock 39# injectors from an 03/04 Cobra. I have never seen them before, so I'm not sure if they have the proper physical dimensions and connectors.

Anybody know for sure?

You might try a Ford/Cobra forum.

They should fit no problem (99% sure), most domestic cars use the same style injector.
They may flow slightly more than 39# as well, Ford uses 39psi IIRC for their injector rating.

I know other Ford injectors fit the LTx and LSx motors no problem. You'll just have to correct for the different fuel pressures used.

You do know you will need to reprogram your PCM, right?

Thanks guys. I'm pretty sure they will work also. I asked on the Ford site I'm a regular at, but most of those guys are diehard Ford guys and didn't know.

I'm aware of the pressure difference from reading about everybody using the SVO injectors...once I get my engine together its getting dyno tuned, so I should be ok.

Thanks again for all the help. If anybody is curious, I got these for $50 and they only have 7k miles on em

I picked these up from my friend yesterday, and they are the correct length, but the connectors are wrong.

Anybody know where I can get injector harness adapters?

Nevermind, I found them at Caspers, and they're going to cost me about $100.

Guess I have some injectors for sale

Try going to a junk yard and just buying a injector harness off a mustang or something with the right connectors.

While that may sound like a good idea, it would require me to chop my wire harness up, which I am not willing to do.

At any rate, one of the members at the Ford site I go to alerted me to some adapters which are considerably less expensive than the Caspers. He has personally used them himself for the same reason as I need them, and they work flawlessy he says. I'll post a link in a little bit, for future reference in case anybody else runs into this problem.
