Huge electrical problem

Alright here it goes,

I have 1995 Z28 that has no pwoer to the PCM ignition circut when the key is turned on. The ingnition switch has been replaced. I have removed the entire dash to trace wiring and find the problem. No luck. Too many friggin wires. So, I jumped the circut off of a hot line and pwered up the circut. I did this before and the car ran fine. Finally had to tear it apart and try and fix it. Well it looks like more issues have shown up. Since I cannot find the problem, I jumped the circut again. This time it wouldnt crank. I checked the starter and it works fine. I hooked a remote starter to it, powered everything up and tried to start. It started and ran for about 2 or 3 seconds then dies. Same thing over and over. I suspect that the VATS might be the problem. If it is I can do a VATS bypass but that still leaves me with the PCM ignition circut issue. I also jumped the fuel pump circut to run it all of the time to see if it would stay running but no luck. The ignition seems to be shutting off and killing the engine when I try to start. Any ideas out there. Hell anyone in Tucson AZ that knows this crap and can help out???
