fuse panel location

does anybody know where the fuse panel is located on a 1968 camaro? any help would be appreciated. also is it normal for the headlights to dim when stopped at a light and then get briter when the engine is speeded up?

Its probly right above the brake pedal. as for the dimming lights its not normal but its 40+ year old wiring. Loose conections, rusted fuse panels, coroded wires, bad voltage regulator... Its fairly common.
