Does the Tornado or Airaid tb spacer add power?

I'm sure this was discussed years ago. A couple guys at work say the Tornado added about 3 mpg to their vehicle. These were 4 cyl. cars. They are not the kinda guys to fool anyone. Are they delusional or is anyone getting better mpg with it?

Now any comments on the TB spacer? I would think it would work for better throttle response. Isn't it the same concept as Vortec heads?

they do nothing. In fact i think they hurt hp and mpg's. The tests they do are total bs. Waste of money.
