Do I need a FPR? Bigger injectors

Do I need a FPR? Bigger injectors

Im building a 383 and today I was told if im running 42lb injectors I will need a fuel pressure regulator. Is this true cause I do not believe iv heard of this before.

From: Hell was full so they sent me to NJ
Your stock FPR will be fine.
