got a question. i recently did a tranny swap on my 87 IROC-Z 305. new tranny works fine, but since the swap there is a constant humming coming from the fuel tank area. it hums even with the ignition in the off position. only way it will stop is battery disconnect. i dont know why the tranny swap effected it, if it did at all, but any insight would be appreciated. thanks guys. this is my first post btw

Is it your fuel pump? Maybe your relay is bad and keeping power to the pump.
