Which carb should I go with?

Which carb should I go with?

I am putting a tuned up 327 in my 85 Z28, and need all opinions on which kind of carb I should put on it... Holley, Edelbrock, Proform..... Which do you perfer??

my dad has a split window with a 383 it has about 425hp and he runs a demon and he loves it, the car really moves.

I'm thinking of going with the Edelbrock endura shine combo. Single-Quad Manifold and the Performer/600cfm carb. Any other suggestions? Is this a pretty good set-up?
