This problem has been bothering me for sometime now and its time to fix it but idk how.. car is a 85 camaro with a 350 carb motor the damn thing idles to high when you start it up on a cold motor i avg about 2500rpm on start up.. Its a electric carb but i have disconnected that and still the same thing. car runs strong and idles at 700 when warm. any ideas?

 

Use a wire tie and wire the choke open???
