hey guys, i will be needing to add a second fuel pump. how do i go about doing this. i already have the racetronix system with a walbro pump, so i will be getting a second walbro pump for at WOT. any help would be great, thanks

 

The pump you have will be adequate if you add a "Boost-a-Pump" or similar device to increase voltage to the pump when under boost.

what kind of power range would that make him good for? im also looking into needing more from my single walbro 255 but dont want to have to go to like an A1000

 

In the example mentioned, the injectors are going to be too small. But with enough injector, a 255lph in-tank with enough voltage (through use of a voltage booster) will be good to near 700rwph (with an M6).

I did (2) walbro 255lph in-tank pumps (FI 383 M6). I re-designed the fuel pump unit bracket/ bulk-head plate, and, assembled pumps over/ under. The feature I wanted was easy in-out assembly to the fuel tank. I also have a KB BAP on pump #1. Re-plumb of the stock delivery line helped alot. I decided to go thru the rear floor pan with the "access door" application. Pump #1 & #2 are run off the fuel pump relay with pump #2 having a driver seat on/ off switch with another painless fuel relay.
