iv got a 91 Z28 and one i put the peddal to the floor it is starving for foil what could be the problem

Low fuel pressure. Incorrect tune. Faulty injectors. Serious vacuum leaks. Faulty O2 sensors. Plugged cat.

Agreed. Start with the basics IMO, fuel, air, spark and a good tune before you start throwing money at it.
