I have an 89 iroc, Ive replaced the fuel pump,filter, plugs, wires, cap,rotor,coil and the car still will not start. Im not sure if my ecm is bad, or if i need a crank sensor. I have tried unplugging the mass air flow sensor so that it would run on its base timing and fuel, but that did not seem to work. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. The car starts on starting fluid and then dies out. Also right before it died for good, it was bogging like something fierce. Thanks

 

By using starter fluid you proved the ignition system is working. Look at fuel pressure and then at injector pulses.
