30# injectors installing

Ok I went to install a rebuilt and flow matched set of injectors. As i was putting the 3rd one in i noticed the 2nd one was dripping gas. I thought maybe some gas ran down it while i was puttng it in the fuel rail, nope its dripping out the pintle cap. My question: Is this injector junk, is this normal, should i go aheadnd install them and see what happens? The injectors are ford racing svo injectors red top with shinny bodies.

Was it dripping with no pressure on the rails? If so, with all the injectors in place, prime the fuel pump to build up 40psi in the rails. If it continues to leak, it is defective.
