30-35# injectors

I'm looking for new injectors in that range. I found a website that sells cheap good injectors that have been flow tested, but can't find it. I'd like to stay as cheap as possible, but not obviously getting trash.

Anybody have any links?

Also, with the injectors I need the tuning table for batt volt. Can anybody send me a link to their prefered injectors and their table?

thanks

Re: 30-35# injectors

those ev1s spray from a single hole and give more of a squirt; the ev6 style spray from 4-6 holes and give a nice spray. the ev1s have a higher chance of clogging also

Re: 30-35# injectors

The dude on Fuelinjectorconnection just trolls boards. He's really annoying and won't do business with him just because of they way he conducts himself on TGO. He will argue with other vendors, its just immature for a business to do that.

Southbay is cheaper, and the guy isn't a troll. Take if for what it's worth.

EV1 is more of a sprinkler or shower head spray, not a squirt.

Re: 30-35# injectors

Either way the ev6 is the superior injector and well worth the extra $20. The ev6 has improve atomization of the fuel; better burn, and it has quicker action (the pintle has less mass, and the coil saturates and de-saturates more quickly/cleanly) bottom line ev6 are superior. I had a set of ev1s and ev6 style injectors put on the flow machine and you can clearly see the superior spray pattern of the ev6 injectors.

Re: 30-35# injectors

Bottom line is the only ones that will experience any sort of mph or hp gain going to new injectors is by those people with 20 year old rusty, corroded injectors with blown out coils. Not the people swapping from EV1 to EV6. Meaning the difference between the 2 is so insignificant, its just whose sales pitch you liked better.

Thats the bottom line 'cuz Stone Cold said so.

Not 100% correct modded cars will see a hp gain if the old stock injectors are not putting out enough fuel. Its not all about hp gain, the ev6 injectors will produce a better cleaner burn, as a result the car will Idle and run smoother. There is a reason why ford has stopped producing the ev1 style and switched to the ev6 style with ev1 connectors.
