Hey guys recently i bought a set of 24lb ev1 injectors from fuel injector connection but when i tried to install the first injector the retaining clip did not match up with the injector properly so i was wondering has anyone ever bought these injectors before and had the same problem? and how did you fix this issue? thx Henry

 

You either have to have a new groove cut in the injector, or run them without the retainer clip. I have Bosch injectors, and do not run clips, because the proximity of the rail to the intake manifold prevents the injector from moving much at all, and nowhere near enough to allow the O-rings to leak, or the end of the injector to come out of the rail or the manifold.
