Is the service engine light on? Have you checked it for codes?

Bad MAF, bad IAC, or any number of other sensors could do that. So could a vacuum leak.

Stop wasting your money by throwing parts at it and do a proper diagnosis.

 

yes check engine light is on but it's for a o2 sensor

An O2 sensor could could definitely explain these symptoms. The exact code(s) will help.
