1997 Z28 will not start

Recent engine rebuild to 383 stroker, (LT1) everything was hooked up ready to go except the o2 sensors (long tubes installed, waiting on adapters in the mail at the time)

It took no effort, and the motor fired right up first hit. Ran fine at idle and when I went to bring up the gas, it died instantly. I restarted ,same thing. I restarted, let it idle for about 2 min, brought the gas up, died again. I could not get it started after that, this was three weeks ago.

Yesterday I installed the o2 sensor adapters and the comnputer was free of codes. I tried to turn it aver all day and nothing. I turn the key and it sounds like it wants to fire, almost like trying to start a car that is out of fuel (sounds like a lawn mower starting up when you hold the key in the starting position)

I checked fuel pressure and im at 41 psi, new pump and filter. I also saw raw fuel smoke out the tailpipes yesterday. Im leaning towards the opti being bad since it's the only used part i put back on the motor, has 110k miles on the opti. I am running 30 pound injectors stock fuel pump and my pcm was programmed by PCM 4 LESS. Any suggestions?

Thanks
