Just wondering if a Volvo intercooler will be able to handle 6-8psi from an S-trim on my Stock LT-1??? I have a link below with pics and info on the intercooler itself Thanks

The height and length dimensions may be to large but hey take some measurements from your car because if it will fit any intercooler is better than none.

 

1 will never flow anywhere near enough.

3 would be nice.

 

That is what I was worried about, I will have to go back to the junkyard and do some more hunting, anyone know of any vehicles that may have something that will work well with my set-up?

 

3 mark IV supra ICs will work. cost you prolly $350 for the cores, and another $250 for tanks+welding, might as well buy a ATI 3 core or something.

 

dont waste your time going throught the junk yards. just by a procharger or spearco on ebay. you know it will work. if you buy something else you will have to make all kinds of modifications to make it work. then it might not even be worth it. 2 core prochargers are like 250 430 and 3 core are about 400-600.
