the t rex pump is very small its only like a 190 i think. the holley will be fine depending on how much hp you plan on having. then you might have to go to an inline and intake or even to an external pump. i ran an inline 255 and in tank 255 and i had 530 rwh and it was fine. i just put a bigger blower on so im putting all weldon in.

good luck dennis

Like Dennis said, if you do get an inline, the Holley is definitely a lot better than the T-rex. All this does is to allow you to flow more at elevated pressure using your stock intank FP. This is important when you have to trick your injectors by bumping up your fuel pressure, than your stock FP will seize. But this is still ok if you have a boosting inline FP to help your stock FP. All this can be avoided and better solve if you have a strong and good intank FP.

IMHO, if you are willing to spend $200 for an inline fuel pump, then I would recommend getting a Walbro 340M intank fuel pump ($120) and leave out the inline stuff. Or get the Racetronic setup. This way you don't have to keep upgrading and get it done from the get go. Also you don't have to worry that your inline will die or your stock intank FP will die. The 340M is a high volume, high pressure fuel pump and the T-rex will be a restriction if connected with the 340M.

FWIW, I’m only running the intank 340M

Good luck

Well...I am working on a tight budget . That one I could get used for like 80 shipped. I only plan on running like 5 pds. I don't wanna blow stuff up! Would the NOS be ok if I was only running that low of boost?

I totally understand. You should be fine. Just make sure the used fuel pump works

NOS has a couple different in-line pumps. They are made by Bosch and are good quality. The 15763 pump comes standard on most 5176 NOS kits, and the 15764 is the upgraded version, which can handle really high pressures (like using an FMU ). I used the 15764 and loved it

Oh yeah, if th epump being sold is the 15763, it should be enough for what you want.

If you're going to use the FMU, I'd recommend that you replace the stock Lucas injectors with a set of 24# SVOs. The stock injectors can lock-up under higher fuel pressure and cause you to lean out. SVO's are a different style (disk design vs pintle design) and won't lock-up on you.

Is this the Black Trans Am thats going to have Davids install the supercharger? If so he said you might be looking for an FMU if you need one let me know.
