What valve springs do I need?

What valve springs do I need?

For the high lift 224/236 .605/.622 cam. I don't have the capabilities to change the seat in the head and I don't want to change the valve springs all the time.

frist off with the cam put a 1.5 rocker on the ex side, there is just why to much lift for a daily drive you will be very hard on springs...
