What radius bends for piping?

What radius bends for piping?
I need to buy some exhaust mandrel bends. I am looking through Summit and Jegs and they have bends ranging from 4.5" to 6" radius bends.
Which should I go for or does it matter. I would assume the 6" if I have room but I am not sure.
Thanks, Mike.

What are you trying to make? If your just cutting them up then I would probably prefer the shorter radius, It helps turn the pipe a little quicker to get it arond obstructions in the engine bay. If your using the whole u-bend, then I guess it depends on what your trying to get around. There are sources for u-bends on the web that are much cheaper then Summit or Jegs.

Where are these sources? I checked about 4 or 5 places but they were all more expensive. Let me know of any please.
Thanks, Mike.
