What plugs for my trick flow heads

I did a search but cant find the anwser. What is the best plug for my boosted 383 with trick flow heads , will be running up to 18psi ? and what seems to be the best gap ? thanks

Autolite AR-3932 plugs would work fine for that application gapped at .030".

Im running autolite 104's, also gaped at 30. Work fine for me.

These look like they would work nice.. I will try a set after my new engine is broke in.. $50.00 a set though...

I have used many NGK cold plugs with the single electrode. They all fowled alot. Had to have the AFR correct... always. If I lost a boost intake tube, instant fowling. The ZEX plugs do not fowl nearly as easy. Glad I made the switch. 15psi boost. B.
