What kind of MPG are you getting with 50# injectors?

Please also let me know if you are driving a stick or automatic?
And what you see on the Highway vs City driving?

Feedback is appreciated.

I have an a4 with 2800 stall convertor and 50# injectors....Rest of the mods are in the sig. I see about 115 Mile Per Tank in City driving when the tank is just at or below 1/4 tank about about 200 Miles per tank on the Highway with just about or below 1/4 tank.

Wanted to know if this is normal too. My car was tuned by PCMforless.

Thx,
Claude

Who dosent WOT their f-body

Ive been trying to figure it out.

at 3.69 per gallon. I put in 25 bux. and I go about 70-80 miles before I have to get more gas. Thats like 7 gallons, estimated. So I am getting 11-12 MPG. But I am never on the parkway. Ever. All short trips.

Normal driving for me always involves some WOT. I love to here the turbo spool up.

Conservative city driving, around 200 miles per tank (13-14 gal). Beating on it around town about 170/tank. Highway driving gets me about 230/tank. Mods in sig.

I was thinking the same thing....That seems like a lot of power for only 4 psi too and stock heads and low compression??

Well I saw in another thread that hes running a powerdyne or was running it. And with build 383 that head unit would probably be maxed out around 4 or 5 psi. I dont really know though, just a thought.

Yup, that would be the reason. I am only seeing about 5 lbs. I'm maxing out my S-Trim pulley-wise and I'm pushing it hard to see that. I can't input on the MPG's as my car is strictly a toy, but I can say that it goes surprisingly long between refills.

Correct sir. I'm running a powerdyne with the 4.5lb pulley. I haven't seen the plus side of 4lbs since the new motor. It used to sit right at 5lbs before. 450/530 is an estimated guess after it put 390/490 to the wheels on 7 cylinders and an over conservative rich tune (couldn't use a wide band with 1 cylinder not firing) It hasn't seen a dyno since everything has been corrected.

The injector size should never affect the fuel mileage.
